Draft timetable 2024

From March 2023, the VMV will make available here the route-related draft timetables for 2024 for the whole of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

Travellers can check the estimated departure and arrival times on local transport routes in the country (RB, RE, S) for the coming year.

The RE 1 Hanse-Express connects the cities of Rostock, Schwerin and Hamburg every two hours with a fast regional train service. Ellocomotives of the 120.2 series are used here. These universal locomotives were equipped with a special local transport package for use in regional traffic. This train is on its way shortly before Schwaan near Huckstorf.

The RE1 runs between Rostock Hbf - Schwerin Hbf - Büchen - Hamburg Hbf.

The RE2 Wismar - Berlin line is being given the new designation RE8 due to restructuring of the line network in the states of Berlin and Brandenburg. You will find the information you need under RE8.

The RE3 runs between Stralsund Hbf - Greifswald - Pasewalk - (Berlin).

The RE4 runs between Lübeck Hbf - Bützow - Pasewalk - Stettin (Szczecin Główny).

The RE5 line runs between Rostock Hbf or Stralsund Hbf - Neustrelitz Hbf - Berlin. Between Rostock Hbf, Güstrow and Neustrelitz Hbf, the RE5 is supplemented by the new S2X and RB20 lines.

The RE10 runs between Rostock Hbf - Stralsund Hbf - Züssow. An extension from Züssow to Pasewalk is currently under consideration.

The RB12 runs between Bad Doberan - Rostock Hbf - Graal-Müritz.
