What tasks await you?
Datenverwaltung Fahrgastinformationssysteme
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Daten in den Fahrgastinformationssystemen und Bearbeitung der Datenimporte von Fahrplandaten einschließlich erforderlicher Vor- und Nacharbeiten und aktive Kommunikation mit Datenlieferanten zur Klärung bei Datenabweichungen
- Bearbeitung zugewiesener fahrgastrelevanter externer Anfragen
General organisation and administration
- Betreuung und Verwaltung des Gebäudemanagements mit allgemeinen administrativen Büro- und Sekretariatsaufgaben inkl. des Beschaffungswesens
- Abstimmung, Aufbereitung, Zusammenstellung und Ablage von Dokumenten (Archivierung)
- Durchführung der Inventur
- Vertretung des Sekretariats der Geschäftsführung
What do we expect from you?
- erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Kauffrau/zum Kaufmann für Büromanagement, zur/zum Verwaltungsfachangestellten oder eine inhaltlich vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der Büroorganisation und/oder der Verwaltung sind von Vorteil
- sehr gute Kenntnisse mit den gängigen MS Office Produkten sowie Technikaffinität
- Begeisterungs- und Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationgeschick
- selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein kommunikatives, freundliches Auftreten
